Even when the odds were stacked against us, my school had a highly effective team that broke the mold of urban schools in Chattanooga and retained the teachers to change the lives of our students. In this presentation, you will hear how I was able to recruit and retain highly successful and dynamic teachers with or without a technological background and have them help create a tech-rich environment.
